Highlights of these activities, workshops, excursions:

Getting to know each another as individuals and engage in dialogue. Such human connection is highly effective, hence, breaking down harmful stereotypes about cultures. Over time laying a foundation for freedom of cultural expression, better tolerance, and possibilities to build lasting friendships

Acknowledging and building on commonalities/embrace the differences. The focus will be on identifying common interests and sharing experiences while showing willingness to address differences in culture. Increase knowledge about the different languages and cultures in the Caribbean; [English, Spanish, Dutch and French]

Promote and offer programs; language courses/workshops/cultural activities/work & travel programs for participants to unite cultures and work together on common issues. Encourage students to make cultural presentations in their own languages (native dance, cuisine, art etc)
